Summary

Tetra Pak needed a way to automate provisioning in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), but after further investigation, it became clear that a simple and easy provisioning tool was needed for engineers and non-engineers.

With timely advice, testing, a proof of concept (PoC), and ZIRO’s easy to use provisioning software, Tetra Pak was able to manage all their users and dial plans while their automation needs were being built to scale.
