We’re looking for ambitious Enterprise Account Executives to help us grow. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the sales process from prospecting to close with the ultimate goal of acquiring new customers to our already impressive list of organizations.

What you will do

  • Generate five meetings per week, using a variety of prospecting techniques.
  • Hunt and open 12 new opportunities per month.
  • Position the value of ZIRO’s no-hassle solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to develop and execute your strategic account and territory plan.
  • Build Account Plans for named accounts in our Go-To Verticals.
  • Properly qualify opportunities by determining the challenges and goals they have so you can provide best-fit solutions that help them achieve success.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce – forecasts, opportunities, notes, etc.
  • Own and run the entire sales cycle, from start to finish.
  • Leverage your pre-sales technical team, demo various UC software and services solutions, on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers at Executive, Director, and Manager levels.

What you need to do it

  • Experience.  You have 3+ years in a sales hunting role within the IT industry selling enterprise software and services with a 6–12-month sales cycle.  Experience with UC and telecom is a huge asset.
  • Independence. Ability to tune out the noise, get the job done, and hit the ground running.
  • Relationship builder. You can walk into any room and make friends and build genuine connections.
  • Persistence. You want to win and are undeterred by setbacks, objections, or negativity.
