What’s new with ZIRO 10.2
ZIRO 10.2 delivers intuitive new features to empower your admins and helpdesk to better support phone users. Your Helpdesk can now proactively identify errors before they affect users, and we’ve made it easy for helpdesk to resolve common misconfiguration issues and location errors, without requiring full admin access.
We’ve also added a collaborative inline notes features, allowing your team to add context to users being staged in a draft, perfect for larger teams and phased rollouts.
Bulk Provisioning support has been added for Operator Connect, Calling Plans & Shared Calling so your team can now create provisioning jobs for your Microsoft Teams voice scenarios, no matter your chosen PSTN strategy.
Last but not least, we’ve made a number of additional enhancements to Bulk Provisioning to help you save time and avoid errors.
Proactively identify and resolve misconfigured Microsoft Teams policies
User policy misconfigurations in Microsoft Teams often go unnoticed, right until they cause problems for users. This can cause frustration for your team, erroneous long distance calling costs, and can even prevent users from dialing 911.
The new Policy Misconfiguration Report automatically identifies and highlights any members of your configured dial plan who don’t match your standard configuration.

From this view, misconfigurations can be quickly corrected by your helpdesk in just a few clicks, saving time and resolving misconfigurations before they cause issues for users.
Resolve Usage Location issues in the Calling Tile
Usage Location mismatches can cause headaches across the organization. In addition to automatically identifying phone numbers which have a usage location that does not match that of the user, we’ve simplified resolving these location issues by allowing updates to any misconfigured users’ location right in the Calling Tile:

Your helpdesk can now view and update any users’ location right in the calling tile, without needing to navigate to the License Tile or update the usage location in Graph. By consolidating this into one easy step, common issues where location data isn’t immediately propagated after being manually updated are also resolved.
New Inline Notes for easier collaboration
Working across teams is simplified with inline notes that allow administrators to add context for users being staged in a draft:

Notes can be added directly to any row in the bulk job table to provide context, document migration decisions, or flag next steps, increasing visibility across your team.
Support for Bulk Provisioning across Operator Connect, Microsoft Calling Plans & Shared Calling
With 10.2, ZIRO’s Bulk Provisioning is better equipped to support real-world Teams voice migrations, across all three PSTN connectivity types:
- Direct Routing
- Operator Connect (OC)
- Microsoft Calling Plans
Additionally, the ZIRO platform now supports bulk provisioning of users for Shared Calling, adding increased flexibility for modern PSTN deployments.
