Challenge
SAIT had a Cisco renewal and a licensing expiry coming up on a Cisco CUCM system that spanned multiple campuses.
The new Teams Phone environment had to connect to a customer-owned SBC that also fed a separate Avaya system running the campuses' emergency Blue phones. Nothing could go dark.
Approach
We planned a single cutover for the whole institution, with the emergency phones kept live throughout.
