We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help us grow. As the Business Development Manager, you will build relationships with partner sellers and leverage your existing network to grow the number of qualified leads generated at ZIRO.

What you will do

  • Hunt and find opportunities with our partners and Microsoft MVPs.
  • Keep your eye on the prize – your outbound efforts should result in 15 qualified meetings per week.
  • Connect with and build relationships with partner sellers, Microsoft MVPs, and other vendors we are partnered with.
  • Track lead sources in Salesforce and input all data defined in the ZIRO Sales Playbook.
  • Match Partner sellers to sellers at ZIRO.
  • Create and maintain relationships with Partner sellers and Microsoft MVPs.
  • Provide training, support, information, and guidance to Partner sellers and Microsoft MVPs.
  • Identify Microsoft and industry events ZIRO can participate in.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events.

 

What you need to do it

  • Experience. You have at least 3 years experience as a channel/partner selling products to commercial and large enterprise organizations. Experience in UC and telecom is a huge asset.
  • Expertise. You have a deep understanding of how to leverage your network and motivate buyers.
  • Persistence. You want to win and are undeterred by setbacks, objections, or negativity.
  • Independence. You tune out the noise and get the job done.
  • Relationship builder. You can walk into any room and make friends and genuine connections.
